Our quick, easy Spiced Pecan recipe turns the ordinary into something extra – ordinary!

And of course the obvious… just eat ’em!

Spiced Pecans
  • 4 oz Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper (or more if you like it spicier)
  • 3 cups Chopped Pecans
  • 1 sheet Parchment Paper
  1. Lay parchment paper over a sheet pan.

Melt butter in medium saute pan.  Add brown sugar and cayenne and stir just until melted.  Add pecans and stir constantly about one minute.  Pecans will burn if you walk away!  Remove from heat and spread out on the parchment lined sheet pan to cool.

Pecans keep longer if refrigerated or frozen in a zip lock bag.
